More than 25 years ago, I began my career in finance, but my passion for building, problem-solving, and empowering others led me down a different path. Moving from the fast-paced world of investment banking to the entrepreneurial trenches to global changemaking spaces has been an expansive and deeply rewarding journey.

For 14 years, I have been designing and facilitating transformative learning experiences.  I’ve served as a Program Builder for Acumen Academy and as a Facilitator, Coach, and Trainer for learners worldwide. My work spans established corporations, high-growth startups, and mission-driven organizations across industries and continents.

Over the past decade, I have honed my expertise in Adaptive Facilitation and now partner with Adaptive Change Advisors, where I lead the Adaptive Leadership Train-the-Trainer program.

At my core, I am a lifelong learner who believes that with the right support, people and organizations can navigate complexity, embrace change, and create lasting impact.
